After the item is shipped, it is the responsibility of the courier service and you (customer) to coordinate successful delivery of your package.
All warranty / guarantee will be entertained as per the respective brand of item.
For watches, only manufacturing defect in the movement is covered. Any signs of physical damage to the watch will void the warranty as Warranty only covers the movement of the watch only. Any decision made by the higher management will be final.
Eyewear does not have any warranty as it is considered a wear and tear item.
