From the origins of Flora by Gucci, there is an emblematic element of the heritage Gucci: the Flora. From the silk scarf created especially for Princess Grace of Munich in 1966, the accessories and clothing imagined today by Frida Giannini, Flora goes through the time and is now established in the form of a fragrance. This 2010 Eau de Parfum has the same spirit as Eau de Toilette, but accentuating the intense essence. The fruit-blooming scent is characterized by the osmant flower which combines with rose, peony and citrus. The fragrance evolves towards a soave base of sandalwood and patchouli. In this Eau de Parfum version, however, the notes are stronger and sensual, so the scent is more intense and luxurious and the fragrance remains longer on the skin. The hexagonal bottle is dipped with a black ribbon. A new Flora pattern has been created for the inside of the packaging in white on a black background, reversing the colours of the original and creating a new look. Original elements are also the gold metal bottle cap and the gold label that embellish the bottle with elegance. In 2015 the packaging is renewed with the print of the famous Flora scarf, from the colourful petals and flower buds, whose joyful patterns give further femininity, reflecting the emotions and beauty of the Gucci woman. The new testimonial is Charlotte Casiraghi, grandson of Princess Grace, young and fresh face, symbol of new generations.
